Biography
Ms. Bresnick serves as Co-Chair of Quinn Emanuel's Global Life Sciences Litigation Practice. She focuses her practice on the trial and appeal of patent infringement actions and has particular experience litigating medical device and pharmaceutical cases. Recognized by Chambers USA as a leading lawyer in intellectual property, Ms. Bresnick teaches Pharmaceutical Patent Law at Rutgers University School of Law and is a member of the Board of Directors of The Progeria Research Foundation, a non-profit research organization dedicated to finding a treatment and cure for progeria.
