He specializes in IP litigation (especially in the area of patent law). He handles cases in the German Courts and in the European Patent office or the German PTO. He has extensive experience building cases in highly technical subject matter for both plaintiffs and defendants. His expertise in patent litigation concerns clients and patents of various industries involving the coordination of lawsuits in multiple jurisdictions. Before joining the firm Dr. Johannes Bukow worked as a litigator with Allen & Overy LLP and Schilling & Grosch.
