He has represented clients in matters involving a variety of technologies and products, including web servers, cellular telephones, online advertising systems, and operating systems. Mr. Curran has litigated in jurisdictions throughout the country, including Texas, New York, California, Delaware, and the International Trade Commission. Obtained a jury verdict of noninfringement and invalidity on behalf of major technology company following a one-week jury trial in the Eastern District of Texas in a patent case involving internet advertising technologies.
