Richard has a wide ranging restructuring and litigation practice. In particular, it includes advising debtors, office holders and creditors groups in connection with complicated cross border restructurings. Richard's practice also includes acting in connection with commercial litigation, International arbitrations, schemes of arrangement (both creditor and M&A schemes) and reductions of share capital.
Mr. East is a qualified solicitor advocate and has appeared on behalf of clients in a wide range of forums including the English High Court and international arbitrations (under LCIA and ICC rules).
