His practice focuses on intellectual property cases with an emphasis on patent litigation. Gabe has represented plaintiffs and defendants in patent cases in federal courts in California, New York, Texas, Ohio, Virginia, and Wisconsin. He has tried cases before juries involving patent infringement, copyright infringement, and stock purchase disputes. Gabe holds a bachelor’s degree in biology and master’s in biotechnology, and is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
