Prior to joining the firm, he was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of California Federal Bank from 1984 to 1994. Prior to that he was a Division Attorney with Getty Oil Company from 1974 to 1984 and counsel with Transamerica Investment Group from 1972 to 1974. Mr. Henri specializes in employment and financial institution litigation, and is an author, lecturer and panelist on litigation and law department management, alternative dispute resolution and legal ethics.
