Biography
Jeff McFarland's practice focuses on general business litigation with an emphasis on entertainment industry disputes and class/representative action matters in the computer hardware and consumer electronics businesses. He represents production companies, television networks, talent agencies, actors/producers/directors, computer hardware manufacturers, and consumer electronics companies in litigation matters around the country. In addition, Mr. McFarland has had significant experience representing banks and financial institutions as well as real estate developers in complex litigation matters. Representative Clients

Tried a winning arbitration awarding release of major talent agent from exclusive contract with talent agency.
Represented partner in one of the largest land development companies in California in a dispute with former partner, obtaining settlement in excess of $50 million.
