Biography

Before joining the firm in 2006, Michael D. Powell was an intellectual property litigator in the Silicon Valley offices of Weil Gotshal & Manges and Thoits Love Hershberger & McLean.  Mr. Powell’s practice focuses on patent infringement and related complex commercial litigation.  Mr. Powell has considerable experience in both state and federal courts.
