He obtained his Ph.D. in Physics from University of California, Berkeley, in 2000, a B.S. in Physics with Electrical Engineering from M.I.T. in 1993, and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 2006. Mark’s litigation experience has included patent and trade secret cases involving a wide range of technologies, including networking, wireless communications, semiconductor circuits and processing, user interfaces, software, and video compression technologies. He has tried cases in federal courts throughout the country, as well as before the International Trade Commission. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and proficient in French.
