Biography

 

Before joining the firm in 2006, Eric Wall was a litigator in the New York offices of Kaye Scholer and Clifford Chance.  His practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and other complex commercial litigation.  Mr. Wall has a national practice and has litigated matters in California, Delaware, Nevada, New York, and Texas.

Represented designer of slot machines and player tracking units in patent litigation, obtaining summary judgment rulings on five counts of patent infringement at trial level and affirmance of rulings on appeal.

 

Represented life sciences company in suit regarding infringement of patents directed to intra-cellular signaling technology, obtaining multi-million dollar verdict for patent damages at trial level.

 

Represented plant genetics company in litigation in which plaintiff alleged infringement of patents relating to transgenic corn and obtained voluntary dismissal.
