We represented Google in a patent infringement case against PA Advisors LLC, a patent-holding company, in the Eastern District of Texas.  Plaintiff accused Google’s Search, AdWords and AdSense products of infringing Patent No. 6,199,067, involving a method for returning personalized search results.  We won summary judgment on all asserted claims, as Federal Circuit Judge Randall R. Rader, sitting by designation, found no triable issue of fact as to infringement.
