We were retained in June of 2006 to represent the Special Committee of the Board of Directors of Apple to investigate the high profile matter of Apple's historical stock option granting processes and procedures. Thereafter, in May of 2007, we were asked to represent the Special Litigation Committee of the Board of Directors to handle all litigation (derivative, class, etc.) relating to Apple's stock option granting.
