We represented Mutual Pharmaceuticals as lead counsel against The Glaxo Group in patent litigation seeking declaratory judgment of non-infringement with respect to a patent claiming ondansetron (Zofran) API. The matter was dismissed, with prejudice, following Glaxo's admission of non-infringement.
