We scored a defense victory on behalf of Oriental Trading Company, an Omaha-based catalog retailer, in the Northern District of California. OTC was sued by Excelligence Learning Corporation for trade secret misappropriation, copyright and trade dress infringement, unfair competition, trademark infringement and breach of contract regarding OTC’s hiring of a former Excelligence employee.
