In addition to our work for Seiko Epson in one of the largest patent infringement cases ever filed with the International Trade Commission, we represented the technology giant against a major Chinese supplier in a patent infringement case relating to Epson's ink jet cartridge patent portfolio. We won summary judgment of infringement, and obtained a consent judgment and a permanent injunction.
