Leith Ben Ammar is a senior associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. His practice focuses on complex, high value international arbitration and commercial litigation.
He has almost a decade of experience acting for state entities, developers, contractors, multinational companies and ultra-high-net-worth-individuals in relation to construction, energy, infrastructure, real estate, mining and rail projects, primarily in Europe and the Middle East. He also has experience in multi-jurisdictional and general commercial disputes, blockchain and smart contracts.
Leith is a contributing author to the leading text “Global Arbitration Review: The Guide to Construction Arbitration” and a supporting expert at the University of Oxford’s entrepreneurship centre, The Oxford Foundry.
