Philip Arnold is a Senior Associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office, where he focuses on competition litigation. He joined the firm in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Philip was a Senior Associate at a Magic Circle firm where he assisted clients across a range of sectors including technology, mining and banking. Philip is dual-qualified and is admitted to practice in the High Courts of Australia and New Zealand.
Philip has experience across both government and private practice, having formerly held a senior legal position at the Australian Competition & Consumer Commission and practiced as Junior Crown Counsel in New Zealand. Philip has appeared at every level of court in New Zealand, and has conducted both appeals and jury trials as sole counsel.
