Anne is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Boston office. She joined the firm in 2020, and her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation.
Prior to joining the firm, Anne worked as a patent agent and associate for an international law firm in Boston. While there, she managed an international portfolio of over 250 patent families, overseeing prosecution and post-grant strategies across jurisdictions. Anne has drafted and prosecuted patent applications for companies ranging from large medical device corporations and media technology companies to single inventors. As part of her patent counseling practice, she also performed freedom-to-operate and due diligence analyses.
Anne has worked on patent litigation and contested patent proceedings both in the US and internationally, leveraging her experience in patent counseling to help develop the merits of multi-patent infringement and validity positions and prepare for Markman proceedings.
Her experience covers a wide range of technologies, including health monitoring systems, implantable heart pumps and other cardiovascular assist technology, payment devices, autonomous underwater vehicles, aerospace, oil and drilling, and automotive.
