Nina Balta is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwältin) and Associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Stuttgart office. She joined the firm in 2020.

Nina represents clients from various industries, including automotive, aviation and data technology, in complex legal disputes. Her practice focuses on commercial and corporate disputes as well as on the defence and enforcement of intellectual property rights before national courts and the Unified Patent Court. Nina also advises clients on regulatory matters in connection with entrepreneurial activities in Germany and the European Union.

Nina graduated from the University of Heidelberg in 2018. In 2020, she completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Stuttgart, with stages inter alia at Quinn Emanuel and a German law firm with focus on litigation.

Nina is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the German Bar Association (DAV).
