Peter Benson is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C., office. He worked at the firm from 2016 until 2018 and, after an intervening clerkship, rejoined the firm in 2020. Peter clerked for the Honorable Stephanie D. Thacker of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Honorable Richard J. Leon of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. While in law school, he was a member of the University of Virginia School of Law’s Supreme Court Litigation Clinic and the Virginia Law Review.
