Megan Betts is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office.  She joined the firm in 2020, having previously trained at a Magic Circle law firm before practising in the International Dispute Resolution team at an international law firm. Her practice spans complex commercial litigation, arbitration and competition litigation, with an emphasis on contractual and shareholder disputes. 

Megan acts mostly for corporations in arbitrations and litigation under a range of applicable laws and across major arbitral institutions (including SIAC, ICC, LCIA and HKIAC). Her experience includes high value arbitrations in the energy sector, acting both claimant and defence side in shareholder disputes, and more recently taking a lead role in the team pursuing a £2.2bn collective action against Meta before the Competition Appeal Tribunal.
