Michelle Bowie is a senior associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office, where her practice focuses on commercial litigation. She joined the firm in 2019. Michelle qualified from the University of Otago in 2014 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Arts. She was admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2015.
Prior to joining the firm, Michelle practiced commercial litigation at a leading New Zealand full-service law firm. During that time, she acted on a broad range of commercial disputes including in contract, insurance, fair trading and financial services. Michelle also has experience acting on regulatory investigations, and has appeared as junior counsel in the New Zealand High Court.
