Jasmin graduated from the University of Zurich (UZH) with a Bachelor of Law (summa cum laude) in July 2022. She continued her studies with a Master of Arts in Law and Economics at the University of St. Gallen (HSG). In the spring of 2024, she broadened her international perspective during an exchange semester at Santa Clara University School of Law in the United States.
During her studies, she gained practical experience as a legal assistant at a mid-sized law firm in Zurich, where she handled client correspondence, legal research, and administrative tasks. Jasmin worked part-time as a legal employee at another firm from July 2022 to December 2024, where she contributed to the Basel Commentaries (Basler Kommentar) on the Swiss Code of Obligations and on the Commercial Register Ordinance. Her work focused on capital bands, simple mandates, transparency in non-financial matters, and surety law. Furthermore, her prior internships at leading Swiss law firms have provided her with hands-on experience in corporate/M&A, capital markets, litigation, and arbitration. She has been involved in due diligence for major transactions, drafting memoranda, expert opinions, and appeals to the Swiss Federal Supreme Court.
Jasmin has joined Quinn Emanuel as a Trainee Lawyer in preparation for the Swiss Bar Exam in February 2025.
