Elisa Degner is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Stuttgart office. She joined the firm in 2019. Her practice focuses on IP-litigation, antitrust litigation as well as commercial litigation. Elisa graduated from the University of Heidelberg in 2015 and completed her legal clerkship at the district court of Frankfurt am Main in 2019. Her clerkship included stages at a top-tier international law firm focusing on antitrust law. Prior to joining the firm, Elisa worked as a research assistant at the Chair of German and European Corporate- and Business law at the University of Heidelberg, while writing her doctoral thesis in Antitrust law.
Elisa is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR).
