Max Diamond is an associate in the New York Office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on First Amendment issues. Notably, he has briefed cases at the trial and appellate levels, including before the Supreme Court of the United States in the landmark First Amendment case Free Speech Coalition, Inc. v. Paxton. Before law school, he was a local reporter in Raleigh, North Carolina and an investigative reporter in Washington, D.C.
