Matthew Fox is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. He joined the firm in 2014. His practice focuses primarily on high-stakes commercial litigation, including disputes involving financial markets and derivatives, the healthcare industry, business interruption insurance, trade secret misappropriation, and employment matters. Matthew’s practice also includes significant antitrust work on both sides of the “v.”
While in law school, Matthew spent time working in the Civil Division of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, where he helped with the investigation and prosecution of mortgage fraud.
