Rachel Frank is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C., office. She first joined the firm as a summer associate in 2018 and then returned in 2019 after graduating from law school. Following a clerkship on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, Rachel re-joined the firm in 2021. Rachel’s practice focuses on constitutional and appellate litigation, as well as other civil and criminal litigation matters. She received a B.A. in Political Science and Economics from Middlebury College and a J.D. from Yale Law School.
