Mark Fuchs is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a wide range of industries from employment law to esoteric financial instruments.
Mark has experience at all levels of litigation. He has drafted complaints and managed discovery. He has authored and argued motions. Mark has even co-led a seven day jury trial in federal court where he presented the opening statement and took on several witnesses in both direct and cross examination.
Prior to joining the firm, Mark attended the University of Pennsylvania where he graduated cum laude from the law school while also receiving an MBA from the Wharton School of Business. While in graduate school, Mark started a club dedicated to litigation finance and was the teaching assistant to the law school’s inaugural course on the litigation finance industry. Prior to graduate school, Mark worked at a top investment bank in New York where he executed bond offerings and underwrote strategic loans.
