Courtney Kasuboski is an Associate in Quinn Emanuel’s DC office. She joined the firm in 2020. Courtney focuses her practice particularly on litigation related to intellectual property. Courtney has litigated in district courts and at the PTAB; her experience includes conducting complex discovery, preparing claim constructions, drafting motions, preparing witnesses for deposition, and drafting expert reports. She has an engineering degree from Ohio State University, which she applies to high-technology litigations related to automotives, robotics, communication networks and video gaming technology.
Prior to joining the firm, Courtney taught elementary school in New York via Teach for America.
