Adam Kinkley is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Seattle office. He joined the firm in 2025. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a trial attorney at the United States Department of Justice Antitrust Division, where he represented the government in complex civil antitrust investigations and litigation. Previously, Adam also served as a law clerk to Judge Carlos Lucero on the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit and Judge Mark Bennett on the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
