Kate Kostro is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2022. Her practice focuses particularly on litigation related to intellectual property, mainly patent law. Kate holds an engineering degree in biomedical engineering and master’s degree in electronics from Warsaw University of Technology, which she successfully applies to complex patent litigation cases related to medical devices, electronics, pharmaceuticals, and software innovations.
Prior to joining the firm, Kate interned for the Honorable Judge Denny Chin on the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and worked as an international trade expert at the Trade and Investment Section of the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in New York.
