Caty Lacey is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s San Francisco Office. She joined the firm in 2013. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and intellectual property disputes. She has experience in hardware, software, and networking technology for mobile devices, wearable devices, and authentication for digital transactions, as well as in industrial chemistry applications and pharmaceuticals. In addition to intellectual property disputes, Caty has significant experience in class action and mass tort matters. She has practiced in federal court and California state court. Prior to joining the firm, Caty worked as a clerk for the United Steelworkers General Counsel’s Office.
