Fabian Lampert is a German qualified attorney (Rechtsanwalt) and an associate in our Munich office. He joined the firm in 2025. Fabian’s practice focuses on IP litigation and commercial disputes.
Originally from Austria, Fabian graduated from the University of Munich (LMU), where he specialized in competition law, intellectual property and media law. After his First State Examination (Erstes Staatsexamen) and during his legal clerkship, Fabian worked in a renowned intellectual property boutique law firm, with a particular emphasis on litigation. He completed his legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Munich (Oberlandesgericht München) as the third best of his term in Bavaria.
Fabian is a member of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR) and the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
