Serena Lee is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. She joined the firm in 2019. Her practice focuses on investor-state and international commercial arbitration. Before joining the firm, Serena was an associate at a public international law boutique where she worked on treaty arbitration disputes, applications made to Interpol’s CCF, and general public international law matters. Prior to that, she was an intern in the London office of an international arbitration firm. Serena has published in law journals such as the ICSID Review and the Journal of International Dispute Settlement, and was an editor of the American Review of International Arbitration in 2016-2017.
