Andrew Marks is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office, having joined the firm in 2013. Andrew’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, and his broad experience includes matters relating to business torts, contracts, employment, securities, structured finance, trade secret misappropriation, pharmaceuticals, bankruptcy, foreign judgment enforcement, civil RICO, white collar defense, and internal investigations.
During his time at the firm, Andrew has participated in several high-profile trials with billions at stake. He also maintains an active pro bono practice.
