James McGlinchy is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Washington, D.C. office. He worked at the firm from 2017 until 2019 and returned in 2020 after a clerkship in the Western District of Virginia. His current practice focuses on white-collar criminal defense, internal investigations, as well as complex commercial litigation.
Before attending law school, James worked for an excavation contractor in Alaska and for a wind and solar development company.
