Hayden Miller is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. Hayden’s practice spans multiple areas including, among other things, contractual disputes, multi-district litigation, class action litigation, Delaware Court of Chancery litigation, financial instruments litigation, bankruptcy litigation, data breach litigation, and appeals. He has represented corporate clients in industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, telecommunications, third-party logistics, and higher education. He has extensive experience drafting pretrial motions, appellate briefs, and pleadings filed in state and federal courts. He has led fact and expert discovery efforts and deposed witnesses on behalf a joint-defense group in a high-profile mass tort litigation. Hayden has previously represented indigent pro bono clients in civil rights litigation in federal appellate courts and a United States Army veteran in administrative submissions.
Prior to joining the firm in 2022, Hayden clerked for the Honorable Nelson S. Román of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and began his career as a litigation associate at a prominent international law firm in New York.
