Nicole Molee is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. She joined the firm in 2021. Prior to joining the firm, Nicole worked as a legal extern for Judge Pamela Chen, EDNY. During her externship, she wrote bench memoranda and drafted and edited judicial orders and opinions, as well as performing legal research for a variety of civil and criminal matters, including questions relating to jurisdiction and discovery.
Nicole also worked as a legal intern for the Federal Defenders of New Jersey. While there, she assisted with compassionate release cases, focusing on issues relation to COVID-19, exhaustion requirements, and immigration status. She also researched and wrote memoranda on various legal topics during her legal internship at the Center for Court Innovation including drug policy and bail reform.
