Kirill Parinov is the managing partner of the Moscow office. Kirill’s practice focuses on cross-border litigation, international arbitration, and complex financial disputes.
Prior to joining the firm, Kirill served as Group General Counsel and a member of the Management Board for Norilsk Nickel where he oversaw a global team of over 180 people spread across 8 jurisdictions, covering all areas of litigation affecting a multinational company with a U.S. listing in the heavily regulated mining industry.
Before joining Norilsk Nickel in 2008, Kirill was a General Counsel in Interros and Sidanco Oil Company. Prior to that, he was associated with Atlantic Richfield Company in Moscow and Vinson & Elkins and Freshfields in Moscow and Washington, D.C. During this time, Kirill’s practice covered a wide range of areas including public and private M&A transactions and FCPA and global anti-corruption. Kirill holds a degree in law from Lomonosov Moscow State University and a Master's degree from Southern Methodist University. He completed advanced management program at Harvard Business School. He has been admitted in Russia since 1991 and has been a Member of the New York Bar since 1996.
Since 2008, Kirill has been a Member of the Joint Commission on Corporate Ethics of the Russian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs.
Due to his expertise in developing cross-border litigation and complex financial strategies across the globe, Kirill regularly appears as a panelist or keynote speaker at international seminars and conferences, featured on TV and attracts regular press coverage.
