Rosa Polaschek is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s London office. She joined the firm in 2020. Her practice focuses on business and human rights advisory and litigation work.

Rosa holds a BA/LLB (Honours) from the University of Auckland and an LLM from New York University, which she received as a Hauser Global Scholar. She was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand in 2015.

After graduating from the University of Auckland, Rosa was a Judges’ Clerk at the High Court of New Zealand and then worked at the New Zealand Government’s Crown Law Office, where she conducted litigation on behalf of a number of Government departments. After her LLM at New York University, Rosa was awarded an International Law and Human Rights Fellowship through which she worked at the legal NGO Al-Haq on business and human rights issues. Most recently, she worked as an advisor at Oxfam Great Britain focused on the private sector and human rights.
