Adam Rompotis is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Perth office.  He joined the firm in 2018.  His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution, in all contexts, but with particular experience in energy and resources, corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance disputes.  Adam has appeared in the Supreme Court of Western Australia, the Federal Court and and Full Federal Court of Australia, as well as having carriage of matters in the WA Court of Appeal, and tribunals including the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and the Australian Takeovers Panel.  After serving as an associate to the Honourable Justice J J Edelman at the High Court of Australia, Adam rejoined the firm in 2020. 

Prior to joining the firm, Adam was a solicitor at an international law firm in Perth, where he focused primarily on commercial litigation, but also gained substantial experience advising financial institutions on transactional work.  Adam has also tutored courses in public law and corporations law at the University of Western Australia.
