Ari Roytenberg is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York City office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and bankruptcy litigation. He has experience representing a variety of clients, including corporations, corporate officers and directors, investor groups, and bankruptcy trustees in state and federal court, as well as out-of-court investigations.
Ari has played a key role in crafting and executing dispositive, expert, and evidentiary briefing strategies, resulting in key victories at all stages. As a member of multiple trial teams, Ari has experience taking and defending fact and expert depositions, drafting key witness examinations, and developing post-trial findings of fact and conclusions of law.
Prior to joining the firm, Ari worked as a clerk for the Honorable Richard M. Berman in the Southern District of New York and at another New York law firm. He graduated Georgetown University Law Center in 2016.
