Scott Shelley practices in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Group.  He regularly represents financial institutions, hedge funds, distressed companies and creditors’ committees in chapter 11 proceedings and out-of-court restructurings, as well as foreign liquidators in chapter 15 cases and U.S.-based litigation.  He has extensive experience in a broad range of bankruptcy disciplines, including debtor in possession financing and use of cash collateral, distressed asset sales, chapter 11 plan formulation and bankruptcy litigation.  Scott also has significant experience analyzing complex transaction structures and advising clients regarding bankruptcy risks.
