Daniel Volkmuth has eighteen years of experience at the trial and appellate levels before state and federal courts in a broad range of complex litigation, including structured finance, residential mortgage backed securities, product liability, government regulation, constitutional law, insurance law, commercial law and intellectual property law (patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition).  Daniel also has extensive experience representing clients in Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission, as well as enforcement of ITC exclusion orders before U.S. Customs.

Prior to attending law school, Daniel worked as an engineer at IBM Burlington and at IBM East Fishkill's Advanced Semiconductor Technology Center, where his work focused upon process development for DRAM devices.
