Eric White is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s New York office. His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation. Eric has litigated a broad array of commercial disputes in trial and appellate courts, representing private equity firms, venture capital firms, investment banks, insurance companies, consulting firms, real estate investment companies, medical technology companies, oil companies, logistics companies, and individuals. Eric has particular experience handling commercial contract and fraud disputes, mergers and acquisitions litigation, securities litigation, limited partner and shareholder disputes, as well as complex insurance litigation.
Eric joined the firm in 2019. Prior to joining the firm, he clerked for the Honorable Emily Coody Marks, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama.
