Jace helps businesses secure and defend their hard-won knowhow and commercial successes. He litigates intellectual property and commercial disputes in both federal and state courts, with particular experience in patent, trade-secret, and securities actions. Past clients have trusted Jace to exploit key forensics evidence and experts on their behalf. Prior to law school, Jace was an officer in the United States Air Force, and he continues that service in the Air Force Reserves as IMA to the Branch Chief, Headquarters Space Operations Command. He also gets plenty of practice thinking on his feet as the father of four small children.
