Jeanine is an associate in Quinn Emanuel’s Los Angeles office. Jeanine’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts, where she represents plaintiffs and defendants in contract and tort disputes, securities and corporate governance actions, and IP litigation. In particular, Jeanine has extensive experience defending defamation and related torts, successfully defeating such claims against several high-profile clients. In addition, Jeanine has represented employers in actions involving the misappropriation of trade secrets and confidential information. She has helped clients obtain dozens of victories and/or favorable settlements, worth billions of dollars, in federal and state courts in California, Delaware, New York, and Massachusetts.
Jeanine has extensive experience litigating cases at all stages, including taking and defending depositions, leading factual investigations, managing large teams during all stages of discovery, preparing dispositive motions, and going to trial. Jeanine also has extensive experience in alternative dispute resolution processes, including arbitration and mediation.
Representative clients include SoftBank Vision Fund, Elon Musk, Tesla, Qualcomm, and Samsung, among others.
