Ravi Nayer has joined the London office as partner. Ravi is a collective action specialist, representing some of the UK’s biggest institutions including pension funds, asset managers, and insurers. In addition to advising on the conduct and merits of regulatory enforcement and securities class actions, Nayer advises clients on procedures and governance policies relating to bondholder disputes and related fiduciary duties. Nayer has designed joint defense, compensations schemes, and novel litigation cooperation agreements for corporations in some of the UK’s biggest class actions, including the high profile £4 Billion RBS Rights Issue litigation. He was seconded to a major UK FTSE 100 asset manager as its global head of disputes and has experience across multiple jurisdictions including the US, India, North Africa, and the Caribbean.
