Silicon Valley partner Evette Pennypacker will speak at Bloomberg BNA’s “The Impact of Non-Practicing Entities on U.S. Companies: A Discussion of the GAO Report” webinar on April 10th along with representatives from Rembrandt IP Management, LLC.  The webinar will address the realities of NPE patent litigation and how that litigation differs from litigation between competitors or by a patent holder that is in business; the concerns which actuated the request for the GAO report; the remedies proposed in the forthcoming GAO report; and the pros, cons and possible effects of those proposed remedies.
