Quinn Emanuel is pleased to welcome Nina Tallon, who joins the firm as a partner based in the Washington, D.C. office. Tallon’s practice spans across a variety of venues and industries, with a focus on patent litigation and intellectual property disputes. She has developed a first-chair skill set representing clients in jury and bench trials in state and federal courts throughout the U.S. and remains undefeated in cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC), a venue where she has extensive experience.
“We are delighted to welcome Nina to the firm and have been recruiting her for a long time. She has worked on some of the most challenging intellectual property cases in recent memory,” says founding partner, John B. Quinn. “Having gone up against her on more than one occasion, we know first-hand how formidable and skilled a lawyer she is.”
